Privacy policy

Scope

This policy covers the phame.ai website. It does not cover the Phame application, which has its own policy.

The data controller is GROW, publisher of the site.

Data collected

The demo request form collects: first name, last name, work email address, company name, company size, and the need described in one sentence when that field is filled in.

No other form on this site collects data.

Purpose

The data is used to answer your request, to arrange the demo and to follow up on the conversation.

It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing rests on your own request, which corresponds to pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative.

Retention period

Form data is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted.

Submitted data is received by email and stored in the GROW business mailbox.

Recipients and processors

The data is available to the GROW staff in charge of the commercial relationship.

Email delivery is handled by Resend, a technical provider acting as processor.

Audience measurement

The site uses Plausible Analytics, a cookie free audience measurement that collects no personal data and does not track visitors across sites.

No advertising cookie is set on this site.

Your rights

You have a right of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection regarding your data.

To exercise these rights, write to agd@grow-ps.com. You receive an answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it.
