Your customers speak well of you.You still have to be able to prove it.

Phame measures how satisfied your customers are, turns their feedback into approved testimonials, and publishes them where your prospects are looking for you.

« The Cabinet Lumen team showed great responsiveness by taking over our project midway. Despite an initial delay, the deadlines were met and that setback did not affect the rest of the collaboration. »

Three Phame screens: the satisfaction dashboard, the approved testimonial, the public testimonial page.

Your customers are satisfied. You have almost nothing to prove it.

Nobody dares to ask.

The right moment to ask for a testimonial is right after a success. That moment passes, and nobody comes back to it.

When you ask, you get no reply.

The customer is busy. A request with no frame and no format ends up at the bottom of the list.

When you get a reply, it is not written up.

Three words in an email do not make a publishable testimonial.

When it is written up, you have no permission.

Publishing a customer's words without written consent exposes you.

Phame handles this chain from start to finish.

How it works

A useful testimonial requires three things, and most companies only obtain one of them.

Three stages, one objective: your prospects no longer have to take your word for it. Testimonial tools do the first and the third. Phame does all three.

Collect, you no longer miss a single one

A company does not know which of its projects has just ended well. Phame knows, because it measures first.

1You launch the survey.

You import your customers, you choose the recipients, the email goes out in your name. One reminder if needed, never two.

Launch screen: the selected recipients, then sending the survey.

2Your customer replies in under thirty seconds.

A score from 0 to 10, a few optional questions, two free text fields. Nothing more.

Form seen by the customer, in their supplier's colours: one score and two open fields.

3You are alerted on positive feedback.

When the score is good and a comment has been left, you get an alert. You no longer have to wonder who to approach.

Positive feedback alert, with the score, the customer and an extract of the comment.

4A permanent link, for everyone else.

In an email signature, as a QR code on a quote, at the end of a project. Your customers can leave their feedback without waiting for a campaign.

What you already have counts too.

Your Google reviews, your LinkedIn recommendations, the emails your customers have written to you. You import them, they join the others.

Negative feedback never becomes a testimonial. It stays in your dashboard, where it counts as management information. You see the problem while it can still be fixed.

Approve, you have the right to publish them

Most companies publish their customers' words on a verbal agreement, or on nothing at all. Phame produces the permission at the same time as the testimonial.

1The testimonial is written, then submitted.

The text is built from your customer's exact words. Nothing is added. The visual uses their photo and their company logo, collected once then reused.

2The customer stays in control.

They approve, they edit, or they refuse. Without their approval, nothing goes out.

3They choose what they authorise.

Website, sales documents, social networks, paid advertising. They can accept their testimonial and refuse its use in advertising.

4You leave with a document.

A downloadable certificate carrying the exact approved text, the date, the time, the customer's identity and the uses they authorised. Not a box ticked in a database.

5An edit cancels the consent.

If the text is changed after approval, the testimonial goes back to pending and must be approved again. It is demanding, and it is what makes the proof solid.

Generation screen: what your customer wrote on the left, the proposed testimonial on the right.
Approval page: the customer approves, edits or declines, and the consent is timestamped.

If your customer has not left enough material, no testimonial is proposed. Better to publish nothing than to publish something empty.

Share, they are seen where your prospects look

Once approved, the testimonial is ready to go. The visual can be downloaded, the text can be exported, and your customer receives the link to leave their public review.

The Wall of Phame

Your testimonials gathered on one page, in your colours, on your domain. Embeddable on your site in one line of code, as a wall, a carousel, a single quote or a rating badge. The markup is set up so your stars appear in search results.

No display cap.

Some tools charge for every load of the wall and hide it once the quota is reached. Your proof disappears at the exact moment a prospect looks at it. The Wall of Phame is never hidden, whatever your traffic.

The public review, at the right moment.

The customer who has just approved their testimonial is invited to leave a review on Google or Trustpilot. That is when they are most willing to do it.

Four places where your proof works

A prospect who sees a peer or a competitor recommend you no longer needs convincing. They need reassurance, and that is already done.

Approved testimonial
Diagram: the approved testimonial at the centre, linked to the four places where the proof is used.

Your outbound sequences.

“We work with this company, here is what came of it.” An email carrying a named proof does not read like the others.

Your proposals.

The case study from the same sector, on the right page.

Your website.

The Wall of Phame on your home page, a quote on your pricing page, your stars in search results.

Your social networks.

The visual ready to publish, cropped to each network's format.

You do not publish for the sake of publishing. You feed the places where your prospects decide.

You keep control over every publication. Nothing is distributed automatically.

What your customers really say, without opening the tool

A managing director does not log in to a dashboard. Phame sends them what they need to know, at the frequency they choose.

The report contains, in this order:

  • The score and how it has moved since the previous period
  • What is improving and what is slipping, with the figures
  • The themes that come back in the feedback, positive and negative
  • The customers to watch, named, with the reason
  • Three concrete actions, each tied to a measured finding

No figure is written by a machine.

Every number in the report is calculated from your data. The writing only comments on them. A report that is wrong once is never read again.

The report goes out by email, in your organisation's colours, including to people who have no Phame account.

In your colours, from start to finish

The survey goes out in your name, with your logo and your colours. So do the response page and the approval page.

Phame remains the platform, but it does not get in the way. It only appears in a discreet line at the foot of the message, and it goes away with the first paid plan. With review platforms, your proof lives on their site and your customer becomes a listing there. With Phame, it belongs to you.

Tools in this category charge on five axes at once: the number of contacts, the number of responses, the emails sent, the wall views, the number of brands. Nobody knows what they will pay. We took the other route.

  • You pay for the number of contacts you survey over the year. Nothing else.
  • Surveys, reminders and testimonials are unlimited, at every level.
  • No feature is reserved for a higher tier. The leadership report and the consent certificate are included.
  • The Wall of Phame is never hidden, whatever your traffic.
